Sunburst Glory!

Hi everyone!

It has been an extremely busy month at the studio!  With the August issue of AP&Q featuring my stamps, I can hardly keep up.  I still have many orders to fill, so if you are waiting, please be patient.  It has been a question of ordering enough stamps and ink.  I’m so sorry I haven’t been able to ship out as fast as I normally do.  But it looks like the backlog will be mailed out late next week, I hope!

If you are having trouble ordering on Paypal, email me privately and I can either send you an invoice on Paypal or you can send me a check.  Email me for details.  (I can’t take phone orders, sorry.)

If you didn’t see the sunburst quilt, here is my picture:

I can’t seem to get this design out of my head or away from my fingers!  Here is the original Sunburst Quilt I made.  (This is the pattern included with the stamps.)

Sunburst quilt with embroidered border.

I just received a couple pictures from a fabulous needle woman, Susie B.  (You’ve seen her work on my Pinterest Page under “other people’s quilts made with template stamps.”)

And here she is in this cute picture!

And her quilt! (I can’t wait to see it finished!)

I hope these quilts will inspire you to get out your Sunburst stamps and start piecing your quilt this summer.  (Rowing by Hand Mystery gals, hint, hint, guess what is coming next?)

Until next time,

Happy Stitching!

  1. I’m inspired again to do this quilt. One of my favorites. The fabrics just pop out with this stamp design. I guess that’s why it’s called Sunburst.
