Railroad Crossing is Back!

It is hard to believe that 19 years ago one of my favorite quilts, Railroad Crossing, made the cover of American Patchwork and Quilting magazine.  Since AP&Q is celebrating their 25th anniversary, they asked if they could use the quilt in their April 2018 issue.  Imagine my surprise as it made the cover again!

To celebrate I’m reissuing the Railroad Crossing template stamps along with the pattern.  The pattern contains 2 versions.

Railroad Crossing 49″ x 64″
Whistle Stop 34″ x 34″

I used the Railroad Crossing stamps to make the “arcs” and the Sawtooth Star set of stamps to make the flying geese.

Here is a new version just made with just the Railroad Crossing stamps.

Simple railroad crossing block.

Celebrate the 25th anniversary of AP&Q by making your favorite version!

  1. I have this stamp set from forever ago. I took the class you did at Quiltfest I always admired it from afar. I love working with this set. Thanks Cindy
